Terms and Conditions

  • Postal charges for your items are individually priced according to your items weight and also the security of the parcel we shall use the appropriate form of postage giving you the option before we take your payment.
  • If paying by cheques please allow 5 working days for these to clear before we can dispatch any item to you. For payment details please contact us so we can advise the name and address of where to send to.
  • We aim to send your order out in the shortest possible time scale but due to busy periods this may vary slightly. Please contact us so that we can advise possible turn around time for you.
  • All Wedding Flowers and Luxury Pew Bow orders will be sent using Special Delivery guarantee next day by 1pm and will require a signature please give us an address where someone is going to be in to receive your package. 
  • All of our standard bows are sent out in large sturdy boxes via standard parcel delivery so please allow up to 7 days for delivery to be made. All orders for bows can be made and sent out within 3 working days if not sooner depending on amount.
  • For all of our other items shown on the site please allow 10 working days for your items to be made and could be upto 21 working days at busy periods.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any items that are mislaid within the postal service.
  • As all of our items are handmade and designed especially for you no refunds will be given once a confirmed email order has been placed and received from yourselves.
  • We reserve the right to change any prices shown on this site from time to time.
  • Payment must be made in full before any work is started to ensure you are 100% happy with your chosen item.
  • Please be aware that some of our items do contain small parts which are unsuitable to small children please keep them away from small children to prevent harm.
  • We cannot be held responsible if any damage is caused if you do not store or handle your items correctly once received.
  • We will only offer a full refund or replacement (minus postage fees) if the items are faulty and provided you contact us immediately and items are returned within 7 days of receipt.
